Plates who haven't started on the CC yet or are still young can be LTR material

It somewhat depends on how your value vs. her value stack up.

A "traditional" or RP woman's objective is to get you to stop sleeping with other women and commit to her. How she accomplishes this largely depends on her SMV.

If her SMV is significantly lower than yours: she will be willing to become one of your plates so that she can gain consideration as an LTR candidate.

After she's "in the rotation," she can then start trying to beat out the other women and become your Old Lady/Main Squeeze/Girlfriend. Now that she's already given up one of her main cards (sex), she uses other methods to try and secure your commitment.

She does this by helping you with things -- cooking, cleaning -- as well as by getting you addicted to the validation she gives you. Letting you be strong for her and protect her, telling you how masculine you are, etc. Essentially, she makes it feel good to be around her.

If her SMV is roughly equivalent to yours: she will likely demand that you stop seeing other women before she sleeps with you. Since her SMV is roughly the same as yours, she can approach the negotiation table as an equal and make demands.

you could but remember its on your terms. just because shes upgraded doesn't necessarily mean that you should be lax now. If anything, you should keep in mind that now you have to covertly show her you have options STILL. competitiong anxiety and all that will keep her on her toes. ball game is a little different now. also with the upgrade, keep in mind shes the only one ur supposed to be fucking. edit: you'll have to make a bit more effort and give her a little more attention now too. she needs to feel the difference in the "upgrade" haha.

she obviously is doing something right for you to consider an ltr with her.

I have only ever had an LTR from a plate. I would not LTR a girl who wouldn't do things for me a girl would as a plate. Ever. That's the first qualifying step.

I have since decided the net-effect of LTR women in my life is negative & I will never do LTRs again until women themselves improve. I do not tolerate women telling me when to sleep, get up, cook, what to cook, what to pay for, etc., and LTRs mean all of that. I certainly want my own space to myself any time I feel like & LTRs want to be in your space a lot, like live with you or spend "quality time" together and so on.

I have no need for companionship, no need for a maid or replacement-mother to clean my place or cook my meals, decide for me what's "for the best", etc., and I don't feel loneliness ever. That emotion is turned off.

I stop seeing other women so much out of time concerns if one is going to be quality for sex. The downside: she'll know when you're too comfortable with her & that means she isn't getting any dread you're able to get another girl any time you want. As long as she has that dread she'll be on her best behaviour & I can't imagine why you wouldn't want a girl on her best behaviour once you know how fucking far the rabbit hole she'll drag herself if she knows she doesn't have to be.
