How does one get around that or get her to take it all if shes hesitant? Isn't that considered sex anyway?

I mean, if she takes it enough that the head is and can grip it back to the point of pain, that sounds like sex to me.. why do girls try to differentiate that?

As in, tell her, "well you went this far, we had sex, take the whole thing babe". or something like that.
