Unless you have top-tier income and/or charisma, this is but a pipe dream. If you must, try getting the two most interested ones together for ONE threesome and see how it flies. You'll either find it works with these women, or more likely that threesomes are overrated and even MORE effort to manage.

If you're starting to feel a "hassle" and your sex life needs something to "simplify" it, you should think about whether or not your sex life is encroaching on your real life. How much of this is you just wanting to see yourself having a harem? Think about it. If it's the case, that's a little too much getting validation as a person from sex for my taste. Six pussies on a pedestal instead of just one. Isn't the whole point to be using sexual arrangements, not to be defined by it, like betas? I would probably drop the worst girl.

As for grouping your girls, I'd echo mentORPHEUS

That or you want the two most likely to be friends. Get them together. Maybe have them meet once or twice before you try to make the move, and facilitate comfort between them. They'll be a little competitive, a little antsy and awkward, no matter what. The hard part is overcoming that.

When you decide to go for it, have them drink a little to ease things up, but don't get them drunk. If they get drunk they'll feel dissociated from the decision and pin it on the alcohol instead of changing their self-perception like girls tend to do when they get really drunk and have sex they wouldn't like to admit to having had normally. The truly hard part is to make the experience of a threesome, once they're in it, something easy, exciting and pleasurable enough that they want to do it again instead of just having sex with you. I trust you've done a good job solo. The truth is, at least I've found, it's much easier to have a good time in bed in pairs.

Despite what lesbian porn tells you, not all women are good at handling women - in conversation or in bed. This would work much better if you were dating an experienced bi chick who knew how to handle women more, and then you could work more as a team. I had that sort of arrangement for a little while. I never had a harem. I don't think it's really probable that you'll get a harem together outside of polyamorus circles or out of polyamorous sympathetics or bi girls - too much reflexive taboo you have to overcome, too much luck.

Just like men are jealous of women screwing around, so too can women be jealous. The entire idea that humans aren't monogamous is nonsense to me when I see the instinctual nature in both men & women not to allow it. By all means you can get some to go along with it but when you do it's lucky, not normal.

Truth is as long as the girls are more comfortable with each other and think the man is high value enough they'll put up with it - for a while.
