She's standoffish because of something you didn't mention. The only indication that you've given, a reason for her to be standoffish, is from something you said: "I've been texting her." What do your texts look like? You texting a lot, and her giving small one word responses?

I think it's significantly possible that you read a little too much into this kiss you had with her. Thinking it's more than it was.

I've had full blown makeout sessions with girls I met literally 30 seconds prior. Kisses don't mean a whole lot.

What to do? Next? Act like nothing happen? I like her a lot but I understand AWALT. So. What to do?

Don't hard next, yet. Just act like nothing happened. Soft next, build your abundance mentality, keep going to the gym, don't think about her, let her initiate with you. No biggie, man, don't overthink it.

Congrats on your kiss though. Next time, escalate further. And then further, and then further. You'll get it. No problem. You're doing good so far.

You tell that little hussy that you want her sexually... she's gonna cry “ but I would hate losing you as a friend” and you say take it or leave it. If she doesn't go for it you need to next her and take the other advice of; see other women. if she comes to you meh, don't wait for her.

This is why when you first meet girl you should get sexual right away because then you set the frame and if she stays it's on as a male to female relationship and she won't disrespect you by treating you like a friend - only her lover.

Edit: atleast set up man to woman frame. If she tries friend zoning you have to call her out and be like no I refuse any form friend zone.

If you next her and she sees you doin well with other girls she’s gonna want you more. The Thing is; you knew her for a year before making a move, she already had an idea in her head about what you were. Then you go for he kiss and show your true intentions. She feels lied to, because for the whole year you guys were friends she thought you actually only wanted to be friends. And that’s why you show your intentions as yearly on as possible.

Just next her and use the knowledge you learned o get more girls
