I'm just starting my MBA program and many classes require group projects. We are already forming groups and I am in groups with only women. The groups are 7-8 people per class with many of the same girls in the group. Im already pretty friendly with them and they definitely enjoy my company. Im not trying to fuck any of them but they are for sure interested in me. At least two of them. My question is, how do I maintain a nice work environment without making them hate me when/if I turn down their advances. I definitely want to work with them but I don't want anything outside of the classroom. I worry about pissing one or two off and thus poisoning the well. I am the only guy and could become the blacksheep of the group. Any advice or reading material is appreciated.
