When you say you "fuck it up" that means you're aware you made a mistake. Do you have an idea on what mistakes you're making? No one here is going to know better than you.

My two cents though as someone who's been in plenty of ltrs is I never went in "trying" to get a girlfriend. I'm seeing a chick and at some point she brings it up or even thinks I'm her boyfriend without having an actual conversation about it. I'm not saying that's the way to go 100% but I think if you go in with a prerogative of trying to land a girlfriend they can sense it and it's a turn off. You might even be subconsciously doing things that come off as trying to hard or being overly needy and not realize it.

If you want an LTR you're going to have to take it slow. Subtly plant the seed if you want you can try to disqualify yourself but doing it in a joking manner for ex. She says she likes a food you hate just say " guess our relationship won't work out then" in a joking matter. After you say that you're subtly planting a seed of you both being together

I'm in the same boat as you. Plating is lame because it's unreliable and the girls tend to be flakey after a while so it's short. I'm more or so focusing on pursuing a LTR or a main plate but with a redpill frame

You need to get better at sex. Low investment in a platw +the BEST sex she can get anywhere works. To escale further you need to do more than JUST sex though. Like date shit with sex at the end. Then eventually date shit but sex later on. With that said, girls should be qualifying themselves to you. Not the other way around. Sex isn't worth the commitment a LTR requires. I'd shoot for fwb if I were you. No commitment except the occasional hang out that always ends in sex. If you think there's a chance she will forget about you then you know that your sex game needs improvement. Read Sex God Method. BEST book out there.
