Known someone at distance for 3 months, no relationship labels or expectations. Generally open communication including necessary emotional background; kept to a minimum on my side. Seems to have future potential. She says she's in love, I haven't said anything; I know better than to lay it all on the table. Recently she vanished unannounced for a week. Didn't chase or react - laughed it off, but she is aware I have abandonment shit in my past so it'd be easy for her to tell me what's going on. Recently asked for my phone number for live texting despite us sending long email messages all the time. Not planning to give it cos my time is more valuable than being a BFF text buddy. She just vanished again for ten days mid-message.

Advice so far comes down to she's low value, lack of interest. But is it also shit testing of that abandonment stuff? Don't wanna set a precedent to let her waltz in and out.
