I am in my early 20s and bodywise this time is my prime even though I will be in my smv prime in the 30s. But this post is not about smv or something like that. After watching series like vikings for example, I have the feeling, that a young man should live his life to its full potential in a way that is not revolving around doingjust stupid shit. How can I get the best out of my still youthfull body so I don't regret not doing good shit when I am older. Don't want to be one of those grandpa's that cries about his lost youth. And I am not talking about just going to the gym or reading and eating healthy (which I both do every day of the week), but more about some man forming, potential-limit reaching stuff.
