Stop texting her. Texting gives her validation from you for FREE. It's the equivalent of her fucking you with no commitment in return. TEXTING IS FOR LOGISTICS ONLY.

Your job is to take the lead and force her to make a decision about you one way or the other.

Invite her to do something with you. "Let's drive down to the beach" or something. And tell her the date. If she says yes, proceed. If she says she can't that day but she's free on XYZ date, then she is interested. Set up the date and proceed. If she can't make it because she's too busy or blah blah whatever, and she doesn't suggest an alternative time or place, then she is not interested in you and is using you for validation only. If this is the case, you need to stop texting her right away. If she asks you why you stopped, just say "I've been really busy" and that's it. Don't ever make a big deal about it or get annoyed or butthurt. Simply stop texting.

When you are out with her, you want to force her to make a decision about you one way or the other. This means you should give her a hug right off the bat. Your conversation should have a lot of playful banter and teasing. Once you get her laughing, start a little light Kino. Touch her arm briefly when you lean in to say something. If she backs off, then you back off and maybe try again later after you recalibrate. Insert some sexual innuendo or jokes into the conversation, but keep it light and playful. If she reciprocates the touching, and touches you, then slowly escalate. Not all at once, it is more like a shuffle of two steps foward one step back. Push and pull. And if she isnt feeling it, she may just take a while to warm up so just dial it back and try again later. But what you don't want to do is be completely non-threatening. If you show her that you are a-sexual and willing to give her your time with no reciprocity (in terms of physical intimacy) then she will take you up on that offer and put you straight in the friend zone. Remember: girls don't want to fuck their teddy bear.

Have some edge. Don't be afraid to be a man. Be sexual. This doesn't mean to grab her ass or cross her boundary. It means you need to have a vibe that says you're comfortable with women and comfortable being yourself around them. Don't neuter yourself around her. When you are with her, be HONEST. Don't pretend you don't want to fuck her. Don't say it either. Just think about having sex with her while you are with her, and let it influence the way you look at her and the way you talk to her and tease her. A girl who likes you will let you know right away, for the most part.

If she feels you, great! Escalate escalate! If NOT, great! You saved yourself a lot of time. You finish the date, tell her you had a nice time with her, and go about your life without texting her anymore.
