So, do you think being an alpha is a constant step or are there differences between alpha guys in terms of alphaness

not sure what you mean here. a constant step? as in it takes work, and effort? yes.. it takes constant effort. but its far less exhausting than being a piece of shit. if you think being confident and dominant is hard, you should try hatred on for size. give it a year, see how it feels. you'll realize that they are both exhausting in their own ways.. but being calm confident and dominant is infinitely less exhausting then being a meek resentful hatred-ridden piece of shit.

Similarly do you alpha guys feel all the time same in terms of frame, is there any times you feel needy and try to cope?

yea of course. i just generally keep it to myself. if im going to show my cracks and vent, its only really to men that i respect. my father, for example. maybe a close friend or 2. they can see it. women? never. whats the point

Does being natural differs at these points?

it comes more naturally to some than others.. again, not really sure what you are asking. are you asking if being "alpha" is something that can be learned and honed with practice? yes, it is. i think that our personal growth is a journey that will last for our entire lives. i change all the time dude. you live, you learn. you succeed, you fail, you learn, you succeed some more, you fail again, you learn something new from it, and you change accordingly. rinse and repeat. thats life

Alpha is being consistent and congruent with the perception of who you are. Everyone needs to check their self sometimes. I still catch myself making mistakes sometimes and fix them immediately. Minimize your weaknesses and maximize your strengths so your weaknesses aren't that apparent. If you feel needy, acknowledge that you're feeling needy and kill that feeling. Imagine your frame is visible on you at all times, and you're only letting people see what you want them to see inside that frame, the rest is tightly locked and hidden away from prying eyes.
