Her: I have to wait and see how I'm feeling tomorrow.

Though, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume it went more like this:

You: hey Sheila, how was the party? Make any epic stories?

Her: lol maybe

You: that's a yes, lol. you still game for Starbucks?

Her: I need to see how I'm feeling tomorrow.

She demonstrated that her company is the prize and may be taken away at a whim.

In which case, I'd say, "you contagious? Want to reschedule?" To pleasantly not give a fuck about the outcome.

Try to demonstrate that your time is valuable without sounding butt hurt.

You really need to work to internalise TRP and make it part of your mindset. If you had that you'd know how to respond.

From what little context you gave it sounds like you asked to meet up and see kinda blew you off saying she'll see how she's feeling. The 'alpha' response would be either 'cool i'll text you tom' and then text her a few hours before your meetup and say 'i'll be at [place] at [time]'. If she's replies positively, you're ok. If she replies and says she can't make it just ignore and do something else with your day and the same goes if she doesn't respond at all.
