You're not escalating enough. Women aren't going to initiate sex with you. It's your job to set that up. They'll make opportunities for you to "open" them (conversation, smiles, touching; body language).

The reason you're still a virgin is because you haven't had sex yet. That's your fault and no one else's.

Not a big deal either though... don't place your self worth on a single event. It'll happen as you develop into a man.
