No mistakes are being made. You're just getting to know her. She is likely lying about being a virgin which is very common in traditional cultures.

You need to not look at this chick as something serious. Start from the bottom, she's just a fun fling and through having fun with each other you'll get to know each other then evaluate her with a more complete picture.

But I'd absolutely downgrade how serious you're taking this for starters.
