I really don't see the problem here. The number of previous fucks she had should be far more important than the quality of them and 9 (if true) is actually pretty low for a 25 y/o these days.
Personally I'd rather be the hottest guy a girl has fucked than the least hot/average. You really have nothing to worry about here.
Now if you think you can do better than this girl, then that is a different issue and if so you should let her go but this shouldn't be guided by the attractiveness of her previous mates. I've been to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia and I can tell you that any chick who travels solo will have ridden a LOT of cocks.
