I have become conscious of the fact that I have been prone to anger rather quickly in response to others. Not in the sense of flying off the handle; I'm very stoic, even when angered or upset. But my thinking has become very black and white, and I get angry when people don't act, think or respond the way I believe they should. I believe this stems from a bit of egotism I've developed in myself. I have become cynical, slightly abrasive, and less fun than I used to be to hang out with overall.

These dual character defects have begun to affect my relationships and to a lesser extent my career. Before finding TRP, I struggled with assertiveness and self-confidence. However, in eliminating these negative mindsets, I think I have overcompensated to the point where my assertiveness has become aggressiveness and confidence has become arrogance.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? What were some steps you took to address it? Appreciate any thoughts or advice, thanks.
