Frame is short for 'frame of reference'. It is the set of unspoken, implied beliefs (based on all of your behaviors, gross and minute) about yourself, your conversational partner, your environment, and the nature of the interaction. For example, at a job interview, you could ask questions and make comments that indicate that you're desperate for work, or you could behave in ways that indicate that you're considering a large and diverse number of offers. Your frame is almost the highest logical level of behavior, only higher is ones identity. Below frame is the kind of 'game' that you're running, specific language, etc. Problems at one logical level cannot be easily and thoroughly fixed at the same or lower level, i.e., you could say the same line as a highly skilled PUA and they would get better results than you because their delivery is better, they understand where they're going with the line, and their frame is tight.

Frame fixes almost everything. W/o frame, no advantage - looks, money, status, fame, cock size - can hold up under a hypergamous womans perpetual fitness tests. With frame, almost all deficits can be remedied.

It's a process of integrating trp core principles, really knowing them beyond a tertiary understanding, and then...practice. You'll encounter shit tests for example, that may shake your frame, but you'll have the tools to reflect on it and be more prepared / unshaken in a similar future scenario. Eventually your attitude and understanding will be so ingrained that you can handle / maintain frame well in new, unique situations, on the fly.

frame is a social cue one emits, in response to stimuli, often from another.
It is the external manifestation of your internal mental state.

Maintaining frame means you are unshaken. That you have not altered your beliefs or questioned them in response to someone else treating you other than you expect to be treated. That something spoken has not had the effect the speaker has hoped it has. That the sight of a pretty woman does not make you instantly cream your pants.

Breaking frame refers to a weak internal state characterized by seeking external validation. Like a chameleon, the person tries to BE what he or she thinks the other person wants them to be.
