Positively. Make more money now than I ever have (by far) plus I am my own boss. I know what to watch out for (devious bitches from both genders) and I have the balls to tell clients "fuck you, pay me" (not literally of course, lol, but legally and professionally).

Not a software engineer, but a hobbyist programmer turned professional network engineer. If anything TRP has improved my work due to the self-improvement focus advocated here.

In terms of the advice on women, no impact on my work because I work with machines. I don't shit where I eat because I'll be damned if I'm going to let a woman distract me from my job, while I'm at said job.

I have a certain amount of rank and respect among my subordinates, peers and senior management and I'll be damned if some tabloid style rumors about me and some girl erodes that.
