It’s like saving a thousand dollars and asking the people on the investing subreddit how to invest that money, they’re going to tell you to invest it in yourself through education to further your value and increase your income.

Buy a house and rent out two rooms to lodgers for £360 approx. a month.

Earn £7500 a year before paying tax.

£250 mortgage, £300 bills per month = £550

You + 2 Lodgers paying £360 a month = £1080 - £550 expenses = £530 extra a month

Add that to your savings every month. save up and buy another. Rinse and repeat

The biggest tip I can give for any side hustle is that you have to have a system that sustains itself without too much effort on your part because it needs to ultimately be passive.

Right now my side hustles are airbnb, rental property, and I have a side business that I actually devoted a lot of time to like a full time hustle in my 20s to help pay for school. But now it has grown enough to automate because the business can afford to hire managers and sells product online.
