I've accepted AWALT. I'm acutely aware of hypergamy and AF/BB, if you look in my post history my first post to the relationship subreddit basically calls out the phenomenon.

However, goddamn if I have a hard time letting go of the dream of a woman who will be able to listen to and understand my feelings and problems. It's all I wanted out of a relationship, really. I have to find new reasons to seek one now.
