Yes, you can use them to your benefit. After I plated a stripper for a few months (shit test queen) I felt invincible to normal girls bullshit.

I could see the hidden agenda coming out of their mouth before they would even finish their sentence. Fortunately girls insecuritys arent all that unique so turning shitests into an opportunity to increase my value in their eyes became second nature.
