Anyone here ever bought clothes from Ali Express?

If you're at the point where you have a clothes budget, but its small, you'd probably have better luck at Marshalls or TJMaxx. They buy unsold stuff from department stores like Macys after new collections come out and re-sell them at a huge discount. There are plenty of shirts and pants to choose from in a variety of sizes (that you can actually try on; good luck returning that pair of pants that doesn't fit to China). Items are usually between $10-$30 per thing you get. You could easily get enough clothes for a different outfit every day for ~$250.

People on a tighter budget should look at Salvation Army and similar thrift stores (Savers, etc.). You have to do a lot of digging around and checking back at the store, but you occasional find surprisingly nice stuff.

I bought a soccer jersey off there. It's pretty fucking good. Way better quality than what I thought it was going to be. Just make sure when you buy shit from there to look at reviews and highest scores.

No I have not but also watch out for import costs I bought something from italy last time and got charged an additional $30 from US Customs.
