This is like half frustrated venting, half question

I've read a ton of advice, sidebar, field reports, etc. but it seems like most of it only applies to you if you live in the city with clubs and coffee shops and girls everywhere. See: typical "girls are everywhere just talk to them" response.

I'm looking to move into the city asap but I currently live with my parents (I'm 24) and due to irl stuff that's not happening soon. The majority of people in my area are middle aged people, people starting families, high schoolers. Pretty much everyone my age moved to the city after college, but I'm a little behind because irl stuff.

Basically the only girls I see are in this one strip mall type place with a few bars near me. I can count on one or two hands the amount of attractive girls I ever see when I go out there. I occasionally go into the city for a night, but its like I don't have any motivation to try because theyre not gonna want to drive an hour back home with me and my friends.

The obvious answer is lift, do your best with what you have, get own place in the city, become masteralphachad. But in the meantime, can anyone with similar experiences give me some advice/feedback
