If you have to ask this question, it means you're not apart of the 'in group' that sets these up. Which means....Don't go straight for the women. Figure out the social layout. You never know whose dating who and whose related, etc. That's important. You'll just end up disturbing the social fabric and hot girls also don't want to associate with you unless they witness you being welcomed by the community. Chill and make acquaintances and be friendly. Don't try fighting for position (you have none). Then once you have an understanding you can walk over to girls.

Men (the power of the party), create the venue (party), and women are the product. These guys don't like seeing some strange guy show up and going for the women breaking the heirarchy without being 'screened'. If the girls are really attractive, and they have any sense, they'll block you out real quick.

There is no right way. You walk up, say hello, hi, or something, everything is about how you say things and how you come across. Women are the sexual selectors so to speak so they'll evaluate you quickly, and send a signal one way or the other, just be relaxed and "outcome" independent. The ratio to approach leading to a f close is low...numbers game. No pressure. Play to your strenghts, the more attractive you are the less you should say imo. She's likely already attrcated to you. If you struggle in that deparment, fall back on other strenghts wittiness, humor, sexual tension, intellect, women are attracted to all kinds of shit

Ive always said, if you approach a woman with the sole intent to get them to like you, you've lost.
