The first time I did a real full body workout I was sore for a week or so. Everything hurt. Now, it's not as bad even if I step away from a routine for awhile.

Point is that you'll train yourself so that you don't notice the nerves. It's still there until one day it's not.

I have the same issue. My advice is maybe approach 4-6's and then once you are good at it, move up. Kind of like weight lifting for your mind.
