I've been reading over on Purple Pill about different traits (Alpha, Beta and Omega) and especially LTR/STR.

From the outset and description, it seems alpha and beta traits are suited or either mixed depending on your overall goals. A lot of men here are looking for STR and thus striving to be alpha is the gold standard. But for those looking to have an LTR, it's good to have a mix, or commonly called an Alpha Buck.

So are beta traits bad? Or is it just something to have depending on the overall objective in your life?
