I wouldn't say talkative. More so they say the right things when it is their time to talk. Being charismatic is all about eliciting a certain vibes That can be done without saying anything. Simply the way you look and smile at someone while their speaking can make you charismatic and charming.

In general I wouldn't advise being talkative as a man. I would consider that a feminine trait. To be talkative a lot of times mean talking about nonsense and things that don't matter in the moment. And people who are talkative generally seem to be fighting for attention.

When was the last time you met a talkative guy and were impressed by him?

Almost all the talkative guys talk bullshit and embarrass themselves almost all the time. People don’t respect talkative guys who know something about anything. Don’t be phased by guys who talk a lot and seem to get all the attention of girls. They are as frustrated as you if not more. They think they put in all this effort and the return is zero almost all the time.

The opposite of talkative is not silent. You shouldn’t be silent either. You need to talk but only talk facts that you have researched and not just random general information that you saw on tv.
