how to deal with commitment issues? Is there even such a thing?

I understand the consensus here is to not get into relationships but how do I expect to get married and have a family? I used to be into PUA and that honed my game. I’ve been with around 100 different girls, have good game and can get laid whenever I want. However I havnt had any LTRs. I’ve had a few short term relationships but I’d get bored after a few months and cheated. Everyone of my relationships ended this way... it’s definitely not healthy and I’ve realized I have commitment issues.

It’s a constant cycle of fucking multiple girls at once, eventually choosing one to be in a relationship with, getting bored after a few months, cheating and breaking up. I’ve been on this cycle for the past 5 years and it’s getting tiresome and it’s unhealthy. I’m still young, early twenties, so I have plenty adventures ahead of me. But how do I break this cycle?
