Okay 16 year old here.

Basically I’ve noticed that this girl has constantly been staring at me and when we make eye contact she keeps saying “why are you looking at me” ect Like she does it all the time. I’m pretty sure these are IOI’s but at the same time it’s confusing because we’ve spoken like twice and she’s a model.
