TRP is first and foremost about doing things for your own sake. If you feel like asking her for coffee then do that. The purpose is to build a connection so you can get what you want from her (be it sex or whatever). Do different things with different girls and then you'll figure out what works for you.

I normally only do coffee or alcohol depending on if I have to drive.
Respond to a “No” like you’re indifferent to it, like it doesn’t matter and drop her.
Lastly, do not keep asking her if she “is busy” but never offers an alternate time.

Just do what you want to do. If you want to grab some food, go grab some food. If you feel like visiting your favorite cocktail bar, do that. If you've gotten her number and you're communicating the details with her via text, be concise. If you're not sure what she wants, leave her a choice, but don't go "What would you like to do" – instead, you can ask "Chinese or Italian"?

Everything else depends on the context. Generally, if she says no, take the L and move on. If she cancels, you can give her one chance to reschedule, depending on how good her reason is; if she cancels twice or does so on short notice, next.

"How many times can I ask out"? What the fuck? What do you have in mind? "Hey Stacy, if you don't mind too much, since you said no the last three times, would you like to go to Starbucks with me this time?" How beta do you want to sound?

You need the sidebar more than you need our advice tbh. Go read the sidebar and internalise those concepts and most of those questions will answer themselves.
