Tell her to "Sit! Stay!" And then give her a treat. Honestly though commanding respect isn't so much what you tell girls to do, it's just showing covertly that you won't put up with their shit or let them boss you around. Basically being your own independent man.

In addition to this don't be a bitch and don't worry if they think you stepped over the line. Be straight forward and say "that's disrespectful and I won't stand for it" if she keeps pushing by saying "or what?" You just get up and leave or something similar. Not really any reason you need to sit through their bullshit right? Obviously don't do this with people you are willing to put up with. People respect a man who doesn't let himself be walked over it's a very clear power play that is a win win
