I just started reading TRP about 3 months ago and it has opened my eyes to a realities of the world I've been blinded too. Was upset for a long time about a LTR that ended, but after finding this page I've realized how idiotic I was considering I work in a city with millions of females.

But back to the real question. About a month ago, a friend of a friend I've never met followed me on Instagram and replied to one of my stories, which I took as basically sliding into my DMs. I eventually got her number and started texting her a bit and she responded every 24 hours, and eventually said she was a bad texter. She stopped responding after about two days of this prolonged messaging. (Later learned that I should just use texting for logistics, realized I messed up here)

Maybe a week after she texted me randomly saying "Wyd, wanna get drinks?". I was wasted at a work event and didn't realize I got the text till the next day. I texted her back the next day inviting her to a bar me and couple of friends were going and no response. So i just dropped it realizing she isn't worth the attention or my time.

The past two Saturday nights I got facetime calls (one from her and a friend, one from our mutual friend while she was with her) while shes drunk asking what I'm doing. Keep in mind I've still never met her, just have a couple of mutual friends.

My gut says she's just trying to get attention like most guys give her and is bothered that I won't play this game. Not sure if its worth asking her for drinks, or is this just a ploy for my attention for her internal validation.

Just wanted other opinions from people with more experience in this. Thanks in advance.
