what level of drunk are we talking about here. A LOT of girls will "act" drunk when they are just buzzed so they will have an excuse. Now if she is falling out and passing out use your judgement there dont catch a charge for that.

You be your own judge of the situation. If she's completely passed out drunk, then leave it be. Even better, if you're in a club and you can pass her off to her mates, then do it!

I'm teetotal. I see no value in alcohol, so if I'm getting laid, it's almost always going to be with someone drunker than I am! Now, you need to get a handle on the kind of girl you're with. If she's a troublemaker, then best to make sure at least one of your buddies knows who you're with and ideally what time you landed home. If a rape charge is in your future, witnessed time is a great tool.

But the best tool I can ever advise you of is your mobile phone.

You get back, you're sitting on the couch, bring out your phone and show her some of your pictures. Whatever they're of. Something that defines you, or something that she'll want to look at. Bitches love animals, so if you have a pic of your cat or something, even better.

After a few minutes of that, turn the camera on and take a few selfies with her! I do this without fail. If you're in court defending a rape charge, what better evidence that she was there of her own volition than a bunch of selfies, ideally with her getting a little kinky. No need for anything compromising, but the two of you kissing is ideal!

And it's easy to work in too! If you're after a night out and the girl is all made up, she'll be a total camera addict!

But regardless, get a good handle on the girl you're with and, importantly, gauge yourself if she's sobre enough to be useful in bed. After all, who wants to fuck a corpse?

Don't let her take pictures. Don't tell her your real name and stick to first name. If she lives reasonably far away she won't get you EVEN if she wanted to.
