The traditional TRP way would probably be the rock. Personally, I'd go for a rock who is not an autistic, sociopathic empty shell and can be romantic if he so desires. Of course it all has to stem from a strong frame. It should be your decision to be romantic with a girl, not coming from the idea that she'll break up with you or withhold sex if you aren't romantic. You do you, she does herself.

There are two types of rp guys, type that just wants the next fling, and a guy who aims to get LTR and marrying.

If it’s just a fling, you wouldn’t care much about her psychological health.. just enough to avoid unnecessary drama. Be hard as rock. It’s just a frame that you can hold until you’re done. With that you can get alpha widows, sluts, damaged goods ..

If your aim is LTR, you need someone who’s psychologically healthy, not a manipulative bitch. Someone you can be vulnerable with. Then go for Mark Mansons approach.

The latter could be accused of being purple pilled since spinning plates , using dark game such as dread / dark triad and being vulnerable wouldn’t work together optimally.

I think how Mark Manson sells "vulnerability" is misleading... what he calls "vulnerabilities" is actually limitations or "past vulnerabilities you overcame"... not really current vulnerabilities.

If you can't talk about those vulnerabilities in a confident way, don't do it.
