The biggest pitfall in this scenario is your own emotional state.

You've always been in LTR's and the more you're spending time with her you will most likely start to develop feelings. Which are a fucking annoyance when you're to keep it purely physical. When she eventually takes the leap and makes it "official" or demand you commit, this will make it exponentially more difficult to maintain frame.

My advice is enjoy your time with her, but Focus on getting more Plates. When you have 2-4 women in rotation your hindbrain won't be pressing for you to commit and make babies.

Don't give her too much of your time. Be awesome when you do give her your time. Do what you want because compromises means no one's happy. That's about it.

No talking about it directly. Arrange dates when you want, but dont fixate on her. Be the best version of yourself at all time (You already enjoy doing that). Do not ask her if she wants to be your fwb/plate/gf/whatever. Just assume she wants to be your exactly what you want her to be and treat her accordingly. Just project this frame into your interactions and she WILL follow.
