I've been in an exclusive relationship with a girl for about 3 months. She's 18 and I'm 24, but I am her first boyfriend AND her first. My "frame" in this relationship has been dominant, older, experienced. I think I'm doing pretty well since she wants to fuck/suck me 24/7 and that's my gauge of how much power I hold in the relationship.

My question is, I'm always helping her with physical things. When we go on holiday, I carry her suitcase. I carry her shopping. I'm always helping her reach things, and even with cooking I often step in and take over.

I'm a tall, muscular guy nearly a foot taller than her and she's very petite. My attitude when helping out is always "give it here, you're going to struggle"..I never ask if she needs help I just take charge and grab it. Is this acceptable dominant behaviour, or am I at risk of falling into a "nice and helpful guy" trap with this?

New to red pill so I'm just trying to make sure I'm reconciling the theory with the practical correctly.
