If you've been fucking for a while, just tell them that's not what you want. And if you're not sexually involved, she is of no interested of you.

EDIT: At least that worked for me lol. After a plate asked me that, we kept on fucking for a full year.

I always do it the other way around. I like the idea of LJBF, takes away the pressure of "dating" "gf" or similar labels.
