The advice I will give you might not be well received by others. I understand however that you might be attracted to a girl which you'd like to keep. If so, there is my advice to you.

If you barely know the girl - I think you should, unfortunately, move on and maybe contact her once you can meet her.

If you know her longer - keep some contact so she "doesn't forget you" (can she really?). Call her once in a while, don't be glued up to your phone all the time. Keep in touch but minimize the amount you write so the talking doesn't look like a boring ping-pong match. Aim for stimulating her FEELZ and making her open up. Leave 80% of your most interesting topics for a phone conversation and now, more than ever, work on increasing your value in the free time. It is attractive even when you're distanced from her. 80% alpha 20% beta, a stereotypical simplification but you get the gist.

You can't build attraction digitally. That's why we say text for logistics. The only interactions worth doing are in person.

I'm completely cutting off from girls for the quarantine. Building value, doing a nice monk mode. Solidifies your frame independent of women's existence.
