Best way to open: make eye contact, smile, get confirmation of interest, walk to her and say hi followed by anything from: "I like you and I want to have sex with you" to, "I hate the coffee in this place, lets go get something better." According to your SMV, the hotter you(and her are) the more direct you can be.

First off, approach anxiety is totally normal. Anyone who doesn't get at least a little nervous is lying (or drunk). The best thing to do is recognize that nervous energy and try to channel it into something productive. Say to yourself "Hey, I'm anxious and want this to go well, looks like it's time to step my shit up". It's a good thing, use that pressure to pump yourself up channel that nervous energy into confidence and make your move.

The rule of thumb is the three second rule. You have three seconds, starting from the moment you lay eyes on her, to make your move or you've blown it. After three seconds, you've thought of every excuse not to talk to her. You're beaten. So one, two, three, go motherfucker.

If you're looking for an opener and it's a group of people (all girls, guys/girls, whatever) try something along the lines of "Looks like the party's over here!" or "Hey, you guy's look like you're having a blast! What are you celebrating?" It might not work every time (no line does) but it's a decent go-to.

If it's just some chick sitting at the bar "Hey, How's it going I'm Peteriscoo69 is always good enough" follow it up with some type of observation or casual remark, don't stress it.

It really doesn't matter what you say to open. She judges you on your looks and your behaviour. I tested a series of openers and I could't see a difference.
