When you're out having fun and you do something outrageous, is it breaking frame? Or are you just in another frame?

PU emphasises a huge amount of body language, humour, energy, and conversation, self-acceptance (paradoxically self improvement as well). RP emphasises on self improvement, stoic outlook, maintaining frame, and the dark triad traits. Where would a middle ground meet?

I'm looking for realistic answers and your opinions and experience on which traits are optimal. What does it mean to be fun and energetic, yet not break frame and be commanding at the same time?
