Hey all,

Do any of you have any ideas for a business with a higher initial investment ($10k+) but lower skill requirements? An example being sandblasting, directional boring, anything not crazy to learn but just requiring a good amount of money to buy the equipment.

Doesn't have to be fun, sexy, or cool. Just looking for ideas, thanks
