Yup. Happened to me. Signed up to be BB. Got into LTR. Swallowed the pill. Took control of my life, started lifting and eating clean while LTR sat around and got fat. She packed up her shit and moved out to live with a bunch of dudes. No goodbye, no relationship is over talk, she just bounced. Good riddance.

This will usually kill the relationship. She won't be able to reconcile the sudden changes and shit will hit the fan.

Just finishing up a divorce that resulted from this exact thing. When we met, I wasn't super beta, but I was certainly no alpha... just more alpha than all her orbiters.

She betafied me hard over the next 3+ years until I looked back at myself and thought, "wtf happened to me?" Found red pill, made major changes in my life, changed careers, updated my style, started flirting in front of her... she shook the foundations of our marriage trying to get me to go back to being supplicating and eventually gave me an ultimatum: go back to being 'the guy she met, who she still loved' or face divorce. I just shrugged and told her it was up to her to leave if she wanted. It was unlikely that I was even capable of 'changing back'.

Stick to your frame. Make sure you're doing what you want and chasing your goals. She can come along for the ride if she behaves. If not, there's the door.

If she's a good one, she may take your self improvement as dread, which it is. But it should be done progressively for you to take charge of the relationship. Always keep in mind "girls just wanna have fun".

Yes. A woman can easily be convinced a man is who she first met unless she changed him herself then she'll be unhappy with those changes.
