Imagine you are a graduate and have two job offers:

Job A is meh if you're being honest. You'd do it but it's not what you thought you were going to be doing when you graduated. It's also only a fixed term contract. The experience and the name on the CV will still be valuable because it's at a major company in your industry that you'd really like to work for and it might be a foot in a good door and a stepping stone to something else because you can now apply internally for different positions for after your contract is up. It's also a place you want to live and where you can have the lifestyle outside of work that you want.

Job B is a good opportunity to learn really relevant skills at a company that seems to support your development, but the city is really really meh, there is nothing going on, the commute sucks, and the opportunities to pursue your private passions and hobbies are going to be severely limited. You don't really want to move there.

How would you go about making that decision? How would you place your priorities? Please give reasons.
