Getting promoted (yusss!) and will be overseeing a small team. Any resources or tips on how to be a good leader?

I feel like this is a good growth opportunity, both professionally and personally. I've always been a little "too nice" but am starting to develop more alpha traits. A lot of the management material out there seems a little too... off.
