Sex is meaningful when you have a connection.

You can only have a connection when you've "seen behind the curtain" and find out what they're really like, not the persona they present in public.

Casual sex is the fastest way to drop their curtain, see who they really are, and figure out if it's someone you have a connection with.

Dating until someone "opens up", before having sex, makes this process take much, much, much longer, significantly lowering your chances of finding someone you can connect with and raising the chances of wasting your time on someone you could have written off.

Think of it as an interview, and a fast-track to finding out the truth.

I just had a lunch date and was thinking this same thing walking back. She's got kids, no hobbies, maybe a little attractive, maybe. Seems like a lot of work for casual sex. I left it with "nice to meet you", if she contacts me I'll go right for the bang and see where it stands. If it doesn't take a lot of time or effort and there's no expectation of anything else then I think it's fun. That isn't typical for me though.

Typically I only have casual sex when the logistics are good. Like on a business trip or music festival. Then there's not a lot of investment and there's no baggage or leftover stuff. Just a good memory. I've had too many psycho's banging down my door when I was younger that I don't really like randoms in my house.

Sounds like your issue isn't the payoff, it's the cost. Find a way to reduce the time and effort involved and you'll be set.

Well OP, here's the thing. Today I spoke to a girl on Tinder who appeared to have nothing odd about her. However, I recognized her from college. And this got me thinking- you see OP, in college Nicole was kind of a slut.

So I got talking to her about all the rough shit she'd like to be done to her. This girl began admitting how she wanted to be railed by multiple guys- getting fucked and abused by them.

Afterward I began asking about her background. She has an 8 year old kid and a boyfriend of four years. I ask her if her boyfriend knows about her adultery and she tells me he doesn't. I ask her if it she gets off on the idea of cheating. Her reply was this:

"No it doesn't excite me in that way. But it's the only thing I know how to do. I've been cheating with other men for years"

Would you love a woman like this? Would you agree that AWALT?
