Went about a year without seeing two girls from home I was friends with. Both were originally more interested in my other friends than me. Over the course of that year, discovered TRP, began lifting, dressing better, etc. Got a lot more confident too. Saw them again, recently, after a year on TRP. One of them really wanted my dick, the other seemed interested but less open about it.

Point is, yeah it's possible to change someone's perception of you, given enough time. But to dedicate all that time to changing one woman's opinion of you? Not worth it, my man. The only person who is worth the effort to change their perception of you, is yourself.

The easiest way is to sleep with three other women who are nicer, more feminine, higher status, and better looking than her. I.e. tons of social proof.

Women despise their own insecurities, neediness, and mental weakness. This is why they never forget when you display those very traits in front of them.

Even then, if you were to get back with this woman you've placed so high on a pedestal, expect constant shit tests. She's going to have a hard time reconciling the cognitive dissonance. The hot item she saw better women chasing, vs the desperate validation seeking beta follower.

So you're better off meeting someone new.
