Today at school I had an interview for a club, I acted way too cocky, had too dominate/confident body language, rambled on too much, dressed all black to stand out (hardly anyome else dressed up), etc. I felt like I was perfect for the club but since I got a letter towards the end of the day with a note saying I was not accepted(only 3 out of 12plus were rejected) Ive been hamstering on what I did wrong since. There were a few upperclassmen and a friend of mine interviewing me. Did I just blow my reputation? Is confidence the wrong approach(note that the class involves public speaking)? How do I stop obsessing over what I did wrong?
