Recently met a girl on Tinder (this will actually be the first girl from Tinder I'll be meeting in real life) and I told her we should go salsa dancing. She declined and said we should get coffee instead, which I accepted.

From reading TRP, I know coffee and restaurant-type dates aren't ideal for first dates so how do I make the most of this situation? Normally if I'm with a girl on a date, we're usually doing something active and fun (salsa dancing, bar hopping, mini-golf, escape rooms, rock climbing, etc) so going for a kiss in those situations is relatively easy for me because I can naturally get close to her and initiate heavy kino. I don't know how to kino and go for a kiss when just drinking coffee with her at Starbucks.

I do have some other places in mind to go to after coffee but I doubt she'll accept because she already told she might be busy later in the evening.

How bad would it be if I don't for a kiss on the first date with a Tinder girl at a coffee shop? Instead I was thinking about waiting until the second date, do something fun there, and then it'll be easy and natural for me to attempt a kiss then.

Also, should I pay for her coffee or nah? Typically at a bar I'll say "I'll buy this round if you buy the next" but I don't know how to translate that to coffee. I could pay for you and say "Drinks are on you next time" but I think I would come off as stingy and cheap if I tell her to pay for me when we get drinks a week later since a decent amount of time would have passed.
