Hello my men and boys. This question is to anyone who's ever been on and off, doesn't matter if he eventually went back on it. I've read all types of research and some say its healthy, some say its not, there's even some concluding that its good that the most used drug worldwide has some positive effects.

The most important things to note are that: Coffee will increase Testosterone at 800 mg doses the most, but will raise cortisol levels even higher. (Testosterone was reported somewhere about 18-21%, while cortisol 40%+). With coffee making you more alert, focused, improving your memory, heart and lower cancer risk benefits come the downsides of anxiety, irritability, sleep issues and so on.

I also found that there are slightly similar pros and cons for nicotine.

To be fair i'm asking, because I've had periods where I cut coffee off completely, but I don't remember how it felt. It was years ago and you guessed it, I came back to getting a sip of this unholy juice. Last couple of days i've barely touched coffee (probably 1-2 cups in 3 days) and i'm getting some withdraw effects. Its nothing I can't go through cold turkey style, but my question is, Is it actually worth it?
