Surely partying isn’t your only factor in choosing schools. Lots of schools have good partying, but that ends after a few years and then you have the rest of your life.

In my experience, UW Madison and ASU fit the bill.

Apart from that, I hope you are also posting on other forums asking people about the quality of education at different universities and figuring out your own interests (I guess you are not doing that considering you're looking for party universities as having higher priority, because the two categories rarely overlap). However, if your aim is in fact purely about having an awesome social life, please disregard this comment.

Go to college for the education. There will be women at all of them. You can look on gender ratios online, basically avoid anything over 60% men if you are worried about girls.

US news puts out lots of rankings and whatever, but make sure to look at school’s reputation for the major you want to do (and if they actually have that major). If you aren’t sure what you want to do, look for schools with a wide range of respected majors, especially in what you might be interested in.
