As long as you are using it correctly, and you dont let her handle the used condoms at all, its practically 100% effective. If you want to play devils advocate, get one out, figure out HOW to make it break, and then notice what it feels like when its broken. Condoms do break. I had them break on me when I was younger. But you can feel it IMO. As long as you notice and dont finish inside her, nothing is going to happen.

I just got done dating a 23 year old for 18 months, had sex HUNDREDS of times, no condom and she wasnt on birth control. I simply pulled out every time and finished on her on or in her mouth.

Have the girl get an IUD if you are in an LTR.

You should be able to get her on the implant aswell as condoms if she is in your frame.
